Awful Opinions

The Chicago Board of Trade just threw down a ton of these fliers. Thanks, Fellas!
I’m all for peaceful protest and getting fired up about stuff.
But honestly, this Occupy stuff to me is like a bunch of kids complaining about having a hangover after going on a bender the night before. I’m part of the 99% percent too, but I believe in personal responsibility and not whining about not getting everything I want.
I would love a flatscreen TV, and an iPad, and a pony, but you know what? Those aren’t in my budget this year. So I don’t use a credit card and dig myself into debt to have them. I’m sorry you were told you could be anything you wanted to be by being an underwater basket weaving major at a school that cost $40k a year and now you have obscene student debt while working at American Apparel, but that was your choice. And you have to own your own decisions.
I get it. The economy sucks, many of us are underemployeed and everyone since the dawn of paychecks thinks they are being underpaid. But that’s life. I know everyone has their own unique story about why The Man is keeping them down, but it doesn’t make it less annoying. It sounds like a bunch of whining.
